Lower Dolpo Trekking

Trek to Lower Dolpo a crosses lot relatives high passes, well path are followed throughout and there is no trekking on glaciers. The edge “Tibetan Plateau” in the Himalayan country of Nepal rain shadow between Dolpo lies - the legendary hidden land closed for many years to Mountain viewers.

Itinerary

Day 01: welcome arrival in Int’l airport, Kathmandu and transfer to hotel. Demonstrate the trekking amenities, night stop at hotel.
Day 02 : Flight Kathmandu to Nepalgunj and night stop.
Day 03 : Flight Nepalgunj to Jumla (2770m), and night stop at camp near Tila river side.
Day 04 : Trek to Ghotichour (2700m)and night stop.
Day 05 : Trek to Sumdo (3000m) and night stop.
Day 06 : Trek to Napakhona (3080m) and night stop.
Day 07 : Trek to Taijung and night stop.
Day 08 : Trek to Thulo Chour and night stop.
Day 09 : Trek to Kagmara Phedi and night stop.
Day 10 : Kagmara La Pass (5115m) pass and night stop camp near Kharka.
Day 11  : Trek to Pungmo (3050 m.) and night stop.
Day 13 : Trek to Phoksumdo Lake (3600m) and night stop.
Day 14 : Day for acclimatization at Phoksumdo Lake. Acclimatization to admire the beauty of this great lake. We visit nearby villages inhabited by Bon and Buddhist Settlers and night stop.
Day 15 : Trek to Chhekpar (2670m) and night stop.
Day 16 : Trek to Roha and night stop.
Day 17 : Trek to Juphal and night stop.
Day 18 : Trek to Juphal to Nepal and fly to Kathmandu, night stop.
Day 19: Kathmandu day free for personal activates, shopping leisure, night stop
Day 20: Departure transport to Int’l airport for your onward journey.
